For me, that moment came when I met a young boy working at our home—barely in his teens, doing chores while other children were in school. He wasn’t dreaming; he was surviving. Watching him every day stirred something deep within me. One morning, I broke down. I could no longer ignore the pain of a child denied his right to learn.
That moment sparked a conversation with a friend—and that conversation became Sneh Endeavour Trust.
This trust isn’t just an initiative—it’s a promise. A promise to believe in children forgotten by circumstance. To walk beside them with empathy, not just offer help from afar.

A global business leader with a heart for social change, Sneha Agarwal brings together vision, strategy, and compassion. Educated at the London School of Economics and IE Business School, and now serving as Executive Director of Filtrec Bharat, she has transformed organizations with bold leadership and purpose-driven action.
But the spark behind Sneha Endeavour Trust came not from a boardroom, but from a quiet moment at home. Seeing a young boy working instead of learning, stripped of his childhood, moved her deeply. That moment became a mission: to ensure no child is denied the chance to dream.
